Virto | SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP and SAP Analitycs Cloud

The company sought to improve the control of production, cost management and analysis of the information generated.

Founded in 1984, the Virto Group is a leading company in the production, distribution and deep-freezing of vegetables, pulses, mixes, rice, pasta, cereals and vegetable-based ready meals, as well as a wide range of organic products. With 22 centers around the world, its products are present in 80 countries.

To support their internationalization process, they implemented three systems: SAP IBP to manage the annual harvest forecasts; SAP S/4HANA to control the processes and costs of the entire production chain and finally, SAP Analitycs Cloud to have efficient analytics of the knowledge generated by the other systems.

For this they contacted SEIDOR, which has been the key partner throughout this process and with whom they carried out the design of the implementation strategy.

Before: Challenges and opportunities
